Know all ellen by these Presents, that I, Soth Chace of the City of Lowall, County of elliddleses and Commonwealth of ellassachusetts, show maker, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to ma paid by Elizabeth Sanders of Andover, County of Essex and of the Commonwealth aforicaid , single woman , the receipt when of is hardly acknowledged, do haveby grant, remise, valrace, and forever Quit Claim and to for myself and my hairs, by these presents, remiss, release, and forever quit claim unto the said Elizabeth Sanders, and har hairs and assigns, a certain lot or prince of land lying in the " Sowall Crematory" in the aforesaid City, County - State.


Said lot of land is an undivided half of lot numbered 1060 according to the plan or chart of said Damitary. Said lot will be subject to the rules, regulations and by-laws of the Corporation of said Camviry.


For boundaries of the above lot, and the by laws and regulations to which the propriators of lot's in said crmatery are subject 13 , ser dard given to John 6. Sanders & Seth Chack dated april 30th, 1847 and recorded in the books of the proprietors of said crematory.


To have and to hold the aforementioned premios, with all the privilèges and appartenances therannto belonging, to her the said Elizabeth Sanders her hair and assigns forever; so that neither , the said Seth Chase, now my hairs, or any other person or persons claiming from or under me or tham, or in the name, right or stead of me ar chan , shall or will by any way or means , have , claim on demand any right or tilla to the aforesaid promises , or their appartenances, or to any part or parcel cherof, forever. The portion of said Lot leased as above is to be used by saidaesse and his heirs and accique as a place of burial for the dead; subject, however, to the conditions, limitations, and covenants, and with all the privileges contained in the original died of said lot from the Proprietors of the well Lametery: it being understood that said Qucee, and his here and assigne, are to occupy and enjoy all the privileges connected with said lot forever , so faras is necessary to such wee of said leared premises, by the Lessee, or his here and accique, as could be had thereof by me , if this lease had not been made.


Provided, Nevertheless, that said Lessee, or his here or assigne, Shall never underlet said premises, and any attempt so to do, by him, o them, shall vacate and determine this lease.
