Darracott, of Below in the bounty of Suffolk and Commonwealth of ellassa- chusetts, and Catharine Jamal Darracoll, his wife, in the right of both and each, and Sabra right (2.) of Lowell in the bounty of Middlesex and Commonwealth aforesaid, in consideration of ten dollars to us paid by Patrick P. Campbell of said Lowell, Physician, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain , sell and convey to the said Patrick Campbell, his heirs and accions , two undivided seventh parts of one lot of land, with the privileges, rights, easements and appartenances to the same apertaining, in the Lowell Cemetery in said bounty of elliddlecey, situated on the way, called Path To. Forty-nine, and numbered Seventeen Hundred and Eighty- five , on the Plan of said Cemetery , drawn by George P. Worcester, now in possession of the Proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery to which reference may be had for the location and boundaries of said lot , said lot containing three hundred square feet . This conveyance is made subject to the restrictions, rules, regulations, limitations, provisions and conditions in the deed from said Proprietors to Alexander Wright , now deceased , dated the first day of January A. D. 1842.
To have and to hold the same to him , the said Patrick P. Campbell, his heirs and accions, forever. In withacc where of we , the said James R. Wright, Helen H. Wright, Alexander Wright & William S. Wright, minor children of Alexander Wright late of said Lowell, Manufacturer, deceased, by an Order of the Court of Probate, held at Concord, within and for the said County of elliddleser, on the eleventh day of April in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty-four was licensed and empowered to sell and pars Deeds to convey certain real estate of the said mmare; and whereas I, the said Guardian having given public notice of the intended sale, by causing notifications there of to be published for three weeks successively, prior to the time of sale, in the crewchaper called the Lowell Daily Journal and Courier, printed at said Lowell, and having first taken the oath and given the bond, by law in such cases required , did on the twenty-seventh day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty- four, pursuant to the order and notice aforesaid, sell by public auction the real estate of the said min ors, hereinafter described to Blick P. Campbell of said Lowell, Physician , for the sum of liventy- five dollars he being the highest bidder therefor. Grow therefore, know ye, What I, the said Sabra Dbright, Guardian as aforesaid, by virtue of the power and authority in me vested as aforesaid , and in consideration of the aforesaid sum of twenty- five dollars - to me paid by the said Patrick P. Campbell, the receipt where is hereby acknowledged, do, by there presents, give , grant, sell and convey into the said Patrick P. Campbell, his heirs and accions, all the interest of said minors in one Lot of land in the Lowell Cemetery in said County of elliddlesex containing three hundred square feet , situated on the way in said Lowell Cemetery called Path to. Forty-nine and numbered seventeen hundred and eighty-five on the Plan of said Cemetery, drawn by George P. Worcester, now in the possession of the Corporation known as the Proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery, being the same lot which said Proprietors conveyed to said Alexander Wright, deceased , in his life time, by deed daled January Ist, A. D, 1842. To have and To hold the afore. granted Premises, with all the privileges and appartenances to the same belonging, to him the said Patrick P.
