One lot of land in the Lowell Cemetery, in said County of Middlesex, situate on the way called Path No. 10. ( Jen) and num- bered fourteen hundred and fifty-two (1452) on the plan of said Cemetery, drawn by George P. Worcester, which plan is in the posses- sion of the Lowell Cemetery Corporation, for inspection by the said grantee , his heirs and assigns, at all seasonable times.
