Community.I For a number of years the ladies of the Ladies Benevolent Socity have been working toward the renovation of the kitchen The problem of an all-year water supply confronted them and they began to collaborate with the Insters. We now see the product of the labors of the ladies. in a very fine and modern kitchen and the cooperation of the Trustees in an adequate heating plant and the installation of toilets. Their efforts will be enjoyed. and remembered for a long time. Iam not sure whether to give more credit to the Ladies or the men, but it is evident that they cannot get along with aux one another.
Last year there was organized a Couple's Club which meets monthly for fellowship and educational purposes. Through this group many of the couples of the church and Community are learning to a letter acquainted. Hus. Manter and I are grateful for the opportunity it gives us for sel owship with them.
During the Last year the Pilgrim Fellowship has been meeting regularly of the barsnage on sunday evening. Each month it is the plan of the group to meet with some other group dulside of the community. The auch Groups 5 Harren, Sturbridge, Sumfeld fred thest Brookfield have formed a union for this purpose, During youth week the young fois pole plan to take Charge in the morning service.
Church During two weeks in July a Vacation, & chart was held in Brumfield for the children of Brimfield and Holland. Morethan 50 Children attended the school. The staff included Margery Wesson, Mrs. Charlotte Day Seedson, Mrs. Phillip Benjamin, Miss Gladys Webber, Mo John Manter, Mas Nancy Coolbroch, Miss Frances Stegner and the past. The school studied our mission work in nucito tico and China.

January 5 The annual Church meeting held Friday, Jan, 5 at 7:30 P.M. in the Church Vestry was opened with the singing of a hymn, scripture reading and prayer by Mr. Manter.
Annual Church Moderator, Clarence Brown called the meeting to order. Meeting the Roll Call of members, 28 members were present, and 10 responses were read for absent members.
Clerk's Report The minutes of the last annual Meeting, held 0,949, were read by the Clerk and declared approved.
p. 17 Treas. Rep. p.38 The Treasure's Report was read by Treasures Everett Lunden, approved, and filled with Cark.
Aud. Rep. p. 30 The auditor's Report for 1950 was read by Church Auditor Roger Benhelt, accepted, and Filled with Clerk. Trustees Rep. No report made by Click of Trustees (Nom. W. Spooner) (none) to be presented to Church. However , Clarence Brown, as Chairman of Trustees, reported that the Trustees have been very busy throughout the year . He stated that some improvements have been made in the parsonage, mentioning a new drain , and cesspool, and repairs to the haben roof. They had been very glad to grant permission, requested by the american Legion, to flood. light the Church and are gratified that the result has been to successfully effective.
