Section's Assistant Treasurer: The Issustantreasurer shall receive and record all payments on financial - pledges toward the support of the Church and it's benevolences as well as all other financial contributions. He shall turn over all funds received to the Treasures. He shall issue quarterly statements and distribute envelopes to those who have made pledges.

Section 12. Board of Trustees: The five elected Trustees shall constitute the Board of Trustees and shall annually elect their chairman. The Board of Trustees shall have the power to appoint an acting Treasurer in the event of the inability or failure of the lected Treasurer to fulfill the duties of his office. The Cabinet shall elect its own chairman, shall meet once a month and shall have general supervision of internal Church affairs. It shall counsel with the Minister and plan for such additional meetings, activities, and programs of the Church as may from time to time seem desirable. It shall have the power to appoint such committees or persons as may be necessary to carry out any such activities or programs.
