After publick worship was ended, voted to except the report of Brother Thwing as a Committee tonserve Seth & Elizabeth Taylor with a coppy of their Proceedings towards them for their disorderly withdrawment from said Ch.h.

Att a Ch.h Meeting August 26th. 1791, after solemn prayer to Almighty God for direction & assistance, the committee chosen to treat with Brother Banister, reported. Ch.h voted not to except P. report. & proceeded to choose 5 Brethren to confer further with Brother Banister, Brethren chosen are Benj.n Peirce, Jn.o Russell, Sam. 11 Rhoades, Joseph Burnel Jr. & John Ewell. Then proceeded to discourse upon the intemperance of Brother Robert Hamilton & his wicked conduct & voted unanimously that they were uneasy with him on account of his excessive drinking att sundry times, & voted unanimous- ly that P. Hamilton is required to make Reflection in a publick manner upon himself adequate to his crimes. Also voted to choose a committee of 3 to treat with hamilton. & acquaint him with ye unamous votes of ye Ch.h & admonish him to attend to his duty without delay. Ist. attended to a request of Rd. Mr. Allen respecting ye Ch.h joining him in calling a Counsell to dissolve the union between him & this Ch.h as their pasture for certain reasons. The Ch.h chose a committee to confer with him on the subject & desired the convenience of the Select Men in P. conference. Brethren chose are John Russell, Stephen Baker, Nath. 11 coleman.


Voted to treat further with Brother Wm. Banister by the committee for that purpose, Chosen Sept.23d 1791 & inform him the Ch.h was uneasy with him for his neglect.
