We recommend that provisions be made for preservation of the records of

Dear Sir:
The Licensing Board of the City of Newburyport respectfully submits a report of its proceedings, including the names of licenses, locations, and classes of licenses, receipts and expeditures for the period of time from January 1, 1953, to December 31, 1953.
The following named persons were granted retail package goods store licenses to sell All Alcoholic beverages for the year 1954 for which each paid the annual fee of $850.00:
