Report of Registrars of Voters.
The Registrars of Voters have held nineteen meetings during the past year. At their first meeting August 8th, 1905, they organized as follows: Edwin L Cragin, Chairman; W. De Haven Jones, Clerk. They revised the check lists and dropped 431 names on account of deaths, removals and not found by the assessors. At the next meeting 15S namies were found and restored, leaving the number dropped at 273.
Meetings were held for registering voters for the state election on September 12th, 19th and 22d; October 3d and 10tlı froin 6 o'clock to 9 o'clock p. m., and on October 18th a continuous session from 12 o'clock noon until 10 o'clock p. m.

Meetings were held for registering the voters for the municipal election on November 14th from 6 to 9 o'clock p. m. and a con- tinuous session November 22d from 12 o'clock noon until 10 o'clock p. m.

A recount of votesfor Lieutenant Governor, cast at the state election November 7th, 1906, in the entire city, took place in the Overseers of the Poor room on November 15th, 1905. The result was as follows:
Draper, 1276; loss of 11. Whitney, 845; gain of 12.
January 30th the jury list was made up for 1906 and approved.
