Under article 6. Voted that the Treasures be av- thorized to borrow, subject to the approval of the (Board of Selectmen, such sums of money as may be required for the demands upon him in antici- fraction of the taxis of the current year and pay- able therefrom.

In the name of the Commons cause aforsaid you are hereby required to notify the legal colors of said Chelmsford to meet in the Jours &Call at Chelmsford Centre on Saturday, the twenty first day of May, at two o'clock! M. then and there to act on the following articles, vig:
article 1. To choose a moderator

To see if the Clown will ratify and confirm, or rescind, it's action at the last annual meeting .under article 13 of the warrant therefor, whereby it was voled in substance that the Town borrow the sum of $10,000 for the purpose of building a new four rooms School house at Nest Chelmsford, the amount so borrowed to be payable in five annual instalments, of which the first is to be paid in 1905, and that the money be ex- hended by the following committee of seven, in- cluding the three members of the School Committee; Charles H. Ollis, Stuart mackay, alexander . Park, John J. monahan, George F. Snow, arthur H. Sheldon, and albert H.
