In Board of Selectmen. Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Nov. 11, 1905, Voted: That the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company of Massachusetts be and it is hereby authorized and permitted to erect and maintain poles and wire to be placed thereon, together with such supporting and strengthening futures and wires as said Company may dem requisite, in the streets and highways of said town as hereinafter designated. all construction under this permit shall be in accordance with the following specifications: The holes shall be located between the tran iled driveway and the limits of the highway, and shall be of wood or other suitable material and the wires shall be run at the usual height and along and across the highway. after the holes and wires have been located as specified in this permit, alterations shall be made in the location of erection of the poles, and in the height of the wires. if so directed by the Board of Selectmen. Following are the streets and highways above referred to?
Village of North Chelmsford, Mass. Relocation of 2 holes on Turnpike opposite Cemetery. Poles to be set out to street line.
