Decesd & None of their Childen does Possess any of the sd Capt Kings Lands Neither Do they Lvie in Town : and the greatest part of the 7
Ratable Lands then Possessed by sd Capt King is purchised by Vs with all the Priviledges & appurtenances therto belonging : and it is well Knowne Did pay Considerable Rates to the Beulding of the Meeting house & some that Now sits in said Pew bares No Charg toward the Meeting house Nor Maintenance of the Minister : and Considering the Rates that was paid for sd Land to the beulding the Meeting house & the Rates that is Now paid by Vs towards the Maintenance of the Minister & all Publick Charg which No one Man in this Towne paid More Except one : we are of opinion all things Considered as they are Circumstanced we have the Most Kight to have a Few in that place - Nevertheless Desire the Towne would please to give Vs that place in the Meeting house to set up a Pew to wit on the North side the East Dore wher the Pew Now stands that was set Vp by sd Capt Walker or Capi King or bothe of them & we will Maintaine the glass against it which is Now Neglected
