Art. 48. To see what appropriation the Town will make for cleaning out Ten Mile River and Thacher Brook Drain.
Art. 49. To see if the Town will vote to pave Park street, Union street, So. Main street, No. Main street, or any part thereof and make an appropria- tion for the same or do anything in relation thereto.

Art. 56. To see if the Town will vote to accept Foster street as laid out by the Selectmen, from Dean street to the Cemetery, and make an appropria- tion for same or do anything in relation thereto.
Art. 57. To see if the Town will vote to accept Tappan Avenue as laid out by the Selectmen, from Pearl street to Dunham street and make an appro- priation for same or do anything in relation thereto.
Art. 58. To see if the Town will vote to in- struct the Selectmen to cover any portion of Thach- er Brook Drain, and make an appropriation therefor, or do anything in relation thereto.
Art. 59. To see if the Town will vote to esta- blish and maintain a hospital for tuberculose cases and contagious diseases, and make an appropriation therefor or do or act anything in relation thereto.
Art. 60. To see if the Town will make an ap- propriation to be expended on Finberg Playground or do anything in relation thereto.
Art. 61. To see if the Town will appropriate $1,500 over and above the regular appropriation of ($2,000.00) Two Thousand Dollars for the use of the Park Commissioners to be expended on Capron Park.

Art. 63. To see if the Town will vote to pay the Sewer Tax assessed against the Town in the Fire Department and make an appropriation therefor or do anything in relation thereto. Said tax bill being for the sum $573.90.
Art. 64. To see if the Town will vote to pay the Sewer Tax assessed against the Town in the School Department and make an appropriation therefor or do anything in relation thereto. Said tax bill being for the sum of $2,807.70.
Art. 65. To see if the Town will vote to pay the Tax assessed against the Highway Department as a Sewer Tax and make an appropriation for the same. Said Tax Bill being for the sum of $497.00.
Art. 66. To see if the Town will make an ap- propriation to pay the Sewer Tax assessed against Capron Park, or do anything in relation thereto. Said Tax Bill being for the sum of $77.50.
Art. 67. To see if the Town will vote to in- struct the Board of Water Commissioners to forth- with lay a water main from Thacher street souther- ly through Joseph street so-called, to South Avenue, and make an appropriation therefor, or do anything in relation thereto, agreeable to a petition.

Art. 69. To see if the Town will vote to place and maintain Electric Lights on Thurber and Oak Hill Avenues and make an appropriation therefor, agreeable to a petition.
Art. 70. To see if the Town will petition the Director of the Bureau of Statistics for an audit of its accounts, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 598 of the acts of 1910 and amendments thereto, and make an appropriation for the same or do anything in relation thereto.
Art. 71. To see if the Town will vote to au- thorize the Treasurer, with the approvavl of the Se- lectmen, to borrow money in anticipation of the rev- enue of the current financial year.
Art. 72. To see if the Town will vote to install a public Drinking Fountain in the West Precinct, on County street near the intersection of said County street and Thacher street, and make an appropria- tion for same or do anything in relation thereto.
Art. 73. To see if the Town will vote to in- struct the Selectmen, the Water Commissioners, the Sewer Commissioners, and the Park Commissioners to make a place and give preference to such appli- cants for work as shall be deemed worthy by the Overseers of the Poor, upon written request from said board, that the same may be paid wages out of the appropriation of the various departments, or, from the Pauper Department, or that a reasonable sum be provided for such cases of the worthy me-

Art. 74. To see if the Town will vote to in- struct the Water Commissioners to lay a main water pipe through West street from the corner of Thach- er street to the 12-inch main on North Main street near the Simmon's Factory and make an appropria- tion therefor or do anything in relation thereto. Agreeable to a petition.
Art. 75. To see if the Town will vote to reim- burse Edward E. Gobin for damages said to be caused by the Erection of the Tiffany School House on Thacher street and make an appropriation for same or do anything in relation thereto.
Art. 76. To see if the Town will vote to au- thorize the Board of Sewer Commissioners to sell to C. L. Watson the line of Sewer Pipe on Academy street for the sum of $250.00 or do anything in rela- tion thereto.
Art. 77. To see if the Town will vote to reim- burse Geo. D. Simmonds to the amount of $9.20 said amount having been paid through an error to the tax collector, and make an appropriation therefor or do anything in relation thereto.
Art. 78. To see if the Town will vote to ap- propriate the sum of $3,998.31 for overdrafts in the various departments in 1913.
Art. 79. To see if the Town will vote to build one or more new bridges on Mechanics street and make an appropriation therefor or do anything in relation thereto as recommended by the Selectmen.

Art. 80. To see if the Town will vote to build an Iron and Cement Bridge over Thacher Brook Drain on Maple street and make an appropriation therefor or do anything in relation thereto, agree- able to a petition.
Art. 81. To see if the Town will vote to accept Hazelwood Avenue from North Main street to Bank street Extension as laid out by the Selectmen and make an appropriation therefor or do anything in re- lation thereto, agreeable to a petition.
Art. 82. To see if the Town will vote to install electric lights in Lona Cut Section, one on Fisher street, one at the corner of Ottawa and Bellmont streets and one at the corner of Louise and Ottawa streets, agreeable to a petition.
Art. 83. To see if the Town will vote to install a bell or other signal for alarm on the hose house at Sibleyville at an expense not to exceed $50.00, and make an appropriation therefor or do anything in relation thereto agreeable to a petition.
Art. 84. To see if the Town will vote to change alter or amend the building laws of the Town, and appoint any committee or do anything in relation thereto, agreeable to a petition.
Art. 85. To see if the Town will vote to im- prove James street near East street and make an appropriation therefor or do anything in relation thereto, as recommended by the Selectmen.

The polls for the election of officers will be open at six o'clock in the forenoon and may be closed at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and you are ' directed to serve this warrant by posting attested copies in at least five public places in each precinct of said town, at least seven days before the time of said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this war- rant with your doings thereon at or before the time of said meeting.
Both of said days will constitute the Annual Town Meeting and this call is issued in accordance with a vote of the Town passed Oct. 29, 1909.
