Milfordians in Military and Naval Service.
With a view to preserving the names and service of Mil- ford men who are in the United States Army, Navy or Ma- rine Corps in the present war for saving humanity that it shall not perish utterly from the face of the earth, the Selectmen of Milford have compiled, through the Military Information Committee, the following list of residents or natives who are now in or have been called to serve in the above branches of war defence. The list will necessarily be incomplete, for not all the assistance the committee expected from relatives of those who have entered service, has been rendered it. Efforts will be continued to have all names in such service placed with Milford Town Records for reference and honorable re- membrance.
