WELFARE PHYSICIAN'S REPORT
I respectfully submit herewith the following report of my duties as Town Physician for the period extending from June 1st to December 31st, 1950.
As Town Physician I made sixty calls to the Town Infirmary to examine, treat or transfer inmates to other institutions.
In addition to my duties at the Town Infirmary, I had seventy-five office visits from patients who are at the Infirmary or who receive welfare benefits.
Patients who receive welfare benefits were visited at various rest homes in the community.
I wish to express my appreciation for the cordial relations and the cooperation extended to me by Mr. Dugan and Mr. Ahearn, and other members of the staff of the Department of Public Welfare.
I wish also to commend Mr. and Mrs. Ebberling for the very excellent manner in which they have conducted the affairs of the Infirmary.
Respectfully submitted, G. S. NOSSIFF, M.D.

Christmas Town Lighting for 1950
Honorable Board of Selectmen,
Milford, Massachusetts.
Gentlemen :
We respectfully submit our report of the expendi- tures and results for the Christmas Town Lighting for 1950.
We want to take this opportunity to point out the outstanding job performed by Edwin F. Lilley, Jr. and his Christmas Lighting Committee of the Mercantile Bu- reau, Division of the Milford Chamber of Commerce.
The amount of $1,000.00 was appropriated at the March Town Meeting.
Your committee awarded the contract to the only bidder, the Rubenstein Electric Supply Co., in the amount of $965.00.
We feel that this expenditure is warranted by the fact that Milford was one of the best lighted and deco- rated towns in Massachusetts.
