At present the Town of Milford's bonded indebted- ness amounts to $85,000.00: It therefore appears that this is the opportune moment to advance this Memorial Build- ing for positive action. The Town Meeting members by their action of last March in the appropriation of money for this study signified their intention of positive and constructive action. This committee is wholly in accord with such determination and we recommend that steps be taken immediately to appropriate the sum of $250,000.00 for the construction of a Community Memorial Building of the type described in this report.
