Phillipe and remove the wall in order to comply with the previous vote of the town. They had been notified by the heirs that no claire would be made for damages in case the walls were moved back to the line of the street. They reported that in their judgement the Phillipe heirs could not collect damages from the town for lowering the grade where the side walk is to be constructed, but there was sufficient doubt to make it advisable for the town to move the wall tack at an estimated expense of $15, and avoid any possible litigation.
