Norfolk, ss. To either of the Constables of the Town of Braintree. Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Braintree qualified to vote in elections therein, to meet at the polling places in their respective' Precincts, to wit :
Polling Plaes in 'Precinct No. 1, Town Hall.
Polling Place in Precinct No. 2, Legion Building, Hollis Avenue.
Polling Place in Precinct No. 3, Hose House, Allen Street.
On Tuesday, the fourth day of November, 1924, at 5:45 o'clock in the forenoon, then and there to bring in to the Wardens of their respective Precincts their votes on the official ballot for Presidential Electors; Governor;

Lieutenant Governor; Secretary; Treasurer; Auditor; At- torney-General; Senator in Congress; Congressman; Coun- cillor; Senator; Representative in General Court; 2 County Commissioners ; Register of Probate and Insolvency ; County Treasurer; County Commissioner to fill vacancy.
Also to vote on the following questions on the same ballot :
Acceptance of the following "PROPOSED AMEND- MENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION": Article of amend- ment. Article III of the Amendments to the Constitution, as amended, is hereby further amended by striking out, in the first line, the word "male."
Article of amendment. Section 1 .- No person shall be deemed to be ineligible to hold State, county or municipal office by reason of sex. Section 2 .- Article IV of the articles of amendment of the constitution of the commonwealth, as amended by Article LVII of said amendments, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "Change of name shall render the commission void, but shall not pre- vent reappointment under the new name," and inserting in place thereof the following words :- Upon the change of name of any woman, she shall re-register under her new name and shall pay such fee therefor as shall be established by the general court.

Acceptance of Chapter 509, Acts of 1924, entitled "An Act to ascertain the opinion of the people of the common- wealth as to the ratification of the proposed amendment to the constitution of the United States empowering the Con- gress to limit, regulate and prohibit the labor of persons under eighteen years of age."
The polls will be closed at four o'clock in the afternoon.
You are directed to serve this warrant by posting at- tested, copies thereof in not less than three public places in each Precinct in said Town seven days at least before said fourth day of November, 1924, and by publishing the same once in the Braintree Observer.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk before the time of said election.
Given under our hands at Braintree this sixteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hun- dred and twenty-four.

In accordance with the foregoing warrant the voters assembled in the several Precincts to cast their ballots for Electors of President and Vice-President of the United States; also for State and County Officers enumerated in the warrant and to vote "Yes" or "No" on each of the seven several questions.
