Article 96. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to construct a water main from West Street to the Quincy line on Granite Street.

Article 106. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for the care and protection of the Plain Street Cemetery and for the laying out and grading of lots in said Cemetery.
Article 107. To see what sums of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the salary of a superintendent of the Plain Street Cemetery.
INTEREST-MUNICIPAL INDEBTEDNESS
Article 108. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate such sums of money as may be necessary for the payments due on the Municipal In- debtedness and for the payment of interest on Town debt and on loans in anticipation of revenue.
PLANNING BOARD
Article 109. To see if the Town will instruct the Planning Board to prepare a comprehensive zoning plan for Braintree, and raise and appropriate sum of money for the same.
Article 110. To see if the Town will purchase or take by eminent domain land on the shore of Sunset Lake, north of the pumping station for public purposes, and raise and appropriate a sum of money for the same.
Article 111. To see if the Town will vote to pur- chase or take by eminent domain land at the four cor-

ners of Central Avenue and Tremont Street for high- way purposes and raise and appropriate a sum of money for the same, and for the widening of the ways at the junction of said streets.

Article 112. To see what sums of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for miscellan- eous expenses.
Article 113. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to assist Post 87, G. A. R., Braintree Post 86, American Legion, and Veter- ans of Foreign Wars, Lennon-Murray Post No. 923, in defraying expenses of Memorial Day.
Article 114. To see if the Town will vote to raise the sum of $2,000.00 to provide a suitable build- ing for the benefit of Lennon-Murray Post No. 923, Veterans of Foreign Wars.

To see if the Town will vote to amend that part of Section 4, Article 11-A of the By- Laws, which has to do with fees, so that as amended it will read as follows-"Such fees as shall, from time to time, be determined by the Selectmen, shall be charged for all building permits issued by the Inspector of Buildings for the erection and alteration of buildings within the limits of the Town. Fees to accompany the application ; to be refunded if permit is not granted."
Article 125. To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 7, Article 5 of the By-Laws, so that said section as amended will read as follows :- "No person- al property of the town shall be sold by any officer or board unless by vote of the Town or by the joint authorization of the Selectmen and of the Chairman of the Finance Committee, except that if its initial cost or value was $200.00 or less, it may be sold by the authorization of the Selectmen; such ; authorization shall in each case (a) be in writing, (b) certify that the proposed selling price is fair, and (c) be filed with the Town Accountant.

To see if the Town will vote to amend Article 10 of the By-Laws by striking out the 17th section thereof, which requires that the docu- ments with reference to streets which are proposed for acceptance shall include a letter from the Selectmen, stating that the street in question is well built and of average construction.

You are directed to serve this warrant by posting true and attested copies thereof in three public places in each voting Precinct in said Town of Braintree, ten days at least before said first day of March, 1926, and by publishing the same once each week for two succes- sive weeks in the Braintree Observer, first publication to be at least eight days before said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this war- rant with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk be- fore said meeting.
