ELECTRIC LIGHT DEPARTMENT
Article 75. To see if the Town will vote to ap- propriate from the income of the Electric Light De- partment the sum of $17,162.34 for Depreciation Fund; the sum of $300.00 for the salaries of the Muni- cipal Light Board; the sum of $10,200.00 for Bonds and Interest; and the balance, together with the un- expended balance of $2,873.71 of the year 1928 for operating expenses, renewals, repairs, and new con- struction.
Article 76. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for the installation of Electric Lights on Granite Street from Five Corners to the Braintree-Quincy Line, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 77. To see if the Town will vote to ap- propriate from the income of the Water Department the sum of $300.00 for salaries of the Water Commis- sioners; the sum of $6,600.00 for Bonds and Interest; and the balance, together with the unexpended bal- ance, for operating expenses, extensions, renewals, re- pairs, new construction and expenses of said Depart- ment.

Article 78. To see what sums of money the Town -will vote to raise and appropriate for the support of the Public Schools.
Article 79. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate such sums of money as may be neces- sary for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, and equipping an addition, including Assembly Hall, to the Abraham Lincoln School in Precinct Three, and for the making of such necessary additions, alterations and ·improvements to the present building incidental there- to, and to authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow all or any part of said . sums, in accordance with any general or special act authorizing the Town to borrow money for such pur- poses, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 80. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate such sums of money as may be neces- sary for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping, including auditorium, a grade school build- ing in that part of South Braintree known as Braintree Highlands, and to authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen to borrow all or any part of said sums, in accordance with the provisions of any general or special act, authorizing the Town to borrow for such purposes, or take any action relative thereto.
Article 81. Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any per -. son to operate any instrument, device, or machine, of any kind whatsoever, the operation of which shall! cause electrical interference with Radio Reception, within the limits of the Town of Braintree, between the. hours of 12 o'clock noon and 12 o'clock midnight on any day after the taking effect of this amendment, save and excepting only such as may be necessary in making X-Ray pictures or examinations in emergency cases of physical injuries.
Section 2. Enforcement of this amendment of: the By-Laws of the Town of Braintree shall be with. the Inspector of Wires of the Town of Braintree.
Section 3. This ordinance, being deemed of im -.- mediate importance, shall become effective ten days. after its publication in the local papers of the Town: of Braintree.
