UNDER ARTICLE 49:

ARTICLE 52. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a certain sum of money for the purpose of purchasing voting machines for Precincts one, two and six; or act in relation thereto.

DeWolf moved that the Town vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,250.00 for the purpose of renting voting machines for Precincts 1, 2 and 6 for the year 1962 said rental amount to apply to the full purchase price of the said machines if the Town deems it advisable. ARTICLE 55. In the event of an affirmative vote under Article 54, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $6,000.00 to pay for the services of the said consultant, and said sum of money will be used in conjunction with matching funds through the Housing Act of 1954, Title 7, Section 701 as amended.

ARTICLE 57. To see if the Town will vote to accept a deed from Roberts Homes, Inc., a certain parcel of land described in Book 1433, Page 195 and shown in Plan Book 91, Plan 23 Middlesex North District Registry of Deeds, and further appearing as Lots numbered 124/21R and 124/22R on a plan filed in the office of the Chelmsford Board of Assessors. Said lots containing respectively 29,060 and 25,170 square feet more or less; or however otherwise the said premises may be measured, bounded or described; or act in relation thereto.

ARTICLE 58. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a certain sum of money for the purpose of installing a street drainage system running from Middlesex Street at or near Beech Street in North Chelmsford, to the Merrimack River; or act in relation thereto.
