Copies of the proposed new Bylaws have been sent to all Town Meeting Members.

Article 46. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to purchase or take by eminent domain for the purposes of a way, Sargent Road from the intersection of Walnut Road to Forest Avenue and appropriate the neces- sary money therefor, or take any action relative thereto.

To see if the Town will vote to purchase or take by eminent domain for school purposes the land located on Redington Street and appropriate the necessary money therefor by borrowing or otherwise or take any action relative thereto. SOUTHEASTERLY, by Redington Street, 220 feet more or less;
NORTHEASTERLY, by Stone Court, 158 feet more or less;
NORTHWESTERLY, by Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Plate 2 of the Assessors' Plans, 220 feet more or less;
and
SOUTHWESTERLY, by land of the Town of Swampscott, 158 feet more or less.

To see if the Town will vote to change the zoning of the here- inafter mentioned area from Residence A2 to Residence A3, said area bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Northerly corner of Woodbine Avenue and Puritan Road, and running Northerly along the Easterly side of said Puritan Road 325 feet more or less to the corner of Orient Court and said Puritan Road; thence turning and running in a Northeasterly direction along the Souther- ly side of said Orient Court 198 feet more or less to the Westerly corner of land on Orient Court owned by the New Ocean House, Inc .; thence turning and running in a general Southeasterly direction along the Westerly boundary of land owned by said New Ocean House, Inc. to that point of intersection by said Westerly boundary of land owned by the New Ocean House, Inc. on Woodbine Avenue; thence turning and running along the Easterly side of Woodbine Avenue 205 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Being that area shown on Plate 21 in the Assessors' Office, Town of Swampscott, as Lots #22, 22A, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27.

Section 1A. There shall be appointed annually by the Board of Selectmen an Assistant Inspector of Wires who shall perform all the duties of the Inspector of Wires in the absence of the Inspector of Wires.
