In the name of the Commonwealth you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said town who are qualified to vote in Elections to meet in the polling places of their respective Precincts, to wit:
In Precinct 1 in the Bicknell School Hall;
In Precinct 2 in the G. A. R. Hall on Commercial Street;
In Precinct 3 in theHunt School Gymnasium Hall, Broad Street;
In Precinct 4 in the Building of the Pond School, Pond Street;
In Precinct 5 in the Building of the Citizen's Association Inc., on Front Street;
In Precinct6 in the Wessagusset Post, V. F. W. No. 1399 Building on the South Side of Broad Street;
In Precinct 7 in the Lovell's Corner Improvement Association Building on Washington Street ;

WARRANT FOR SPECIAL TOWN MEETING Monday, November 30, A.D. 1942 COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS
Norfolk, ss.
To The Constables of the Town of Weymouth in said county, Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby re- quired to notify and warn the inhabitants of Weymouth aforesaid qualified to vote in town affairs to meet in the hall of the Weymouth High School on
Monday the Thirtieth Day of November, 1942
at seven o'clock and forth-five minutes in the evening, then and there to act on the following articles, namely :
ARTICLE 1. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Water Commissioners to acquire by gift, purchase, or take by right of em- nent domain, in fee, certain land within the Town of Weymouth, for the purpose of providing an additional water supply for the Town.
ARTICLE 2. To see what action the Town will take in the construction of a drain through the land of George A. Davis at 190 Pleasant Street.
ARTICLE 3. To see what action the Town will take relative to the taking of land at the corners of White and Union Streets for the widening of White Street.
ARTICLE 4. To see what action the Town will take relative to an ease- ment through the land of Elizabeth Perry at or near 755 Pleasant Street.
ARTICLE 5. To see what action the Town will take relative to an ease- ment through the land of Arthur T. Bradford, 148 Union Street, South Wey- mouth. ,
ARTICLE 6. To see what action the Town will take relative to the taking of land at the corners of Derby and Pond Streets.
ARTICLE 7. To see what action the Town will take with respect to the fund obtained from the sale of scrap collected in the Town of Weymouth.
ARTICLE 8. To see what action the Town will take relative to ad- justment of wage scale of Town Employces.
You are directed to serve this warrant by posting a true copy thereof, attested by you in writing, in each of two public places in each voting precinct in said town, seven days at least before the date of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk of said town on or before the twenty-third day of November, 1942.
Given under our hands at Weymouth this fifth day of October in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Ninteen Hundred and Forty-two.
