W. stone monument and thence 100 feet south along Shaw property west boundary, to be used for Park purposes.
Discussion centered on the need for a playground in this section of Town and the legal technicalities involved in the obtaining of this par- ticular tract.

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of Weymouth aforesaid quali- fied to vote in Town Affairs to meet in the hall of the Weymouth High School on
MONDAY, THE TWENTY-FIFTH DAY OF APRIL, 1949
at seven o'clock and forty-five minutes in the evening, then and there to act upon the following articles, namely :-
ARTICLE 1. (At request of School Building Committee). To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise by taxation or otherwise, and appropriate, for the purpose of preparing complete plans, working draw- ings, and detailed specifications, in order that bids for construction of a Junior High School may be secured by the Building Committee authorized under Article 1 of the Special Town Meeting held on June 28. 1948; or take any other action in relation thereto.
