Art. 4. To see if the town will authorize the treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow during the current year beginning March 6th, 1911, in anticipation of the taxes for said municipal year, such sums of money as may be neces- sary to meet the current expenses of the town, giving the note or notes of the town therefor.

That the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Se- lectmen, be and hereby is authorized to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of taxes of the present municipal year to an amount not exceeding in the aggregate $275,000, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, any debt or debts incurred under this vote to be paid from the taxes of the present municipal year.


Art. 5. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year and make appro- priations for the same.
