Li- brary free in all departments. Cards is- sued to any resident of the city. Non- residents may draw books upon the an- nual payment of $1. Open 8:30 a. m. to 10 p. m. On Sundays and holidays the reading rooms and reference department are also open from 2 until 10 p. m. The Art Gallery and Museum in the Library building is also open to the public from 9 a. m. to 6 p. m., in winter from 9 a. m. until dusk, and on Sundays and holi- days from 2 until 6 p. m.
