THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.

To the Inhabitants of the Town of Tamworth, in the County of Carroll, in said State, qualified to vote in Town Affairs:


You are hereby notified to meet at the town house in said town on Tuesday, the twelfth day of March next, at nine of the clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjects :


1. To choose all necessary town officers for the year 1 ensuing:


2. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year, and make ap- propriation of the same.


3. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise for repairing highways and breaking snow for the ensuing year, and make appropriation for the same.


4. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise for repairing and building bridges, and make appropriation for the same.


5. To see if the town will vote to accept state aid as provided for in section 4, Chapter 35, Laws 1895.


6. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of seventeen hundred forty-one dollars and fifty cent ($1,741.50 for continuation of construction of Os- sipee-Meredith road.


7. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for maintenance of trunk lines.


8. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise for railing dangerous places along highways in said town.


9. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise for decorating soldiers' graves.

10. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise in addition to the amount required by law for the support of town library.


11. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate money for painting the town house and library building.


12. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars for laying a new foor in the town house.


13. To se if the town will vote to discontinue the high- way leading from the main highway near residence of Charles Clough to the summer residence of William G. Thompson.


14. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of one hundred and twenty-five dollars to be ex- pended in the work of preventing the spread of white pine blister rust.


15. To see if the town will vote to authorize the select- men to hire money in anticipation of taxes.


16. To see if the town will vote to raise the salary of the town treasurer to seventy-five dollars.


17. To see if the town will vote to exempt from taxa- tion for a period of five years a garage building and equip- ment of Virgil D. White, should the aforesaid party open such a business in Tamworth.


18. To transact any other business that may legally come before said meeting.
