To the inhabitants of the Town of Piermont, County of Grafton, in said State, qualified to vote in Town affairs.


You are hereby notified to meet at the Town House in said Piermont on Tuesday, the 9th day of March next, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following sub- jects:

To the inhabitants of the School district in the town of Piermont qualified to voto in district affairs:


You are hereby notified to meet at the Town House in said district on the 13th day of March, 1909, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon to act upon the following subjects:


1 .- To choose a Moderator for the coming year.


2. To cl oose a Clerk for the ensuing year.


3. To choose a member of the School Board for the en- ing two years.


4. To choose a member of the School Board for the en- suing three years.


5. To choose a Treasurer for the ensuing year.


6. To hear the reports of Agents, Auditors, Committees, or Officers chosed, and pass any vote relating thereto.


7. To choose Agents, Auditors and Committees in rela- tion to any subject embraced in this warrant.


8. To see how much money the District will raise and appropriate for the support of Schools.


9. To see how much money the District will vote to raise and appropriate for the repair of School Houses.


10. By petition of ten or more of the legal voters of the District.


To see if the District will vote to withdraw from the present Supervisory District and return to the custom in use at the time of entering the Supervisory System, and


To transact any other business that may legally come be- fore said meeting.
