Whenever a street is named as constituting a boundary line, the line runs by the center of such street, unless otherwise specified.


WARD I .- Beginning on the east boundary of the city at the center of Mill Creek and running by Mill Creek to the east line of the property of the B. & A. R. R., by said R. R. to William, William to Mill Creek, Mill Creek to Third avenue, Third avenue to Walker, Walker to Second avenue, Second avenue to the Hudson river, thence by the west, south and east bounds of the city to the place of beginning.


WARD II .- Beginning on the east boundary of the city at the center of Mill Creek, and running by the bounds of Ward one as above to the Hudson river on the west bounds of the city, thence by the west boundary line north to where the north line of Mccullough street produced would intersect, thence by said north line of Mccullough street to the east line of the property of the B. & A. R. R., thence by said R. R. to Third avenue, Third avenue to the east bounds of the city, and thence south by said bounds to the place of beginning.


WARD III .- Beginning on the east bounds of the city at the center of Third avenue and running by Third avenue to the B. & A. R. R., by the east line of said R. R. to the north line of Mccullough, by north line of Mccullough to East, East to East
