ASSETS OVER $90,000,000. THE MUTUAL BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE CO. OF NEWARK, N. J.

A purely mutual company, no stock holders to control its management and absorb the profits.

All policies issued on the annual dividend plan. No dividend to be forfeited by death or surrender during a so-called "Accumulation" or "Tontine" period.

This company during its entire 60 years has been conspicuous for its conservatism and economy of management, and as a result it is the leading annual dividend paying company in the country to-day. Its policy contracts contain special and peculiar advantages not found in the policy contracts of other companies.

Liberal renewal contracts can be had in the most desirable territory in the state.
