Pursuant to the provisions of Section 90 of Chapter 30 of the Laws of 1909, I, the undersigned, Town Superintendent of the Town of Southeast, in the County of Putnam, hereby make the following estimate of the amount of money which should be raised by tax for the year beginning on the first day of Janu- ary, 1923, for the purposes herein set forth.
