By resolution the following bills were ordered paid out of the funds now in the hands of the Supervisor, not otherwise appropriated, amounting to Seventeen Hundred, Eighty-six and 86/100 Dollars ($1,786.86), Nos. 1 to 35 inclusive, as shown on the abstract for 1922, the balance, Twenty-one Hundred Seven and 13/100 Dollars ($2,107.13) to be raised by taxation in the usual manner.


It was also resolved that there be levied and assessed upon the taxable property situated in the Lighting District in the Town of Patterson, the sum of

Eight Hundred and Sixty-five Dollars ($865) to be paid to R. A. Griffing for lighting the streets of said Lighting District, as per contract, for one year from January 1, 1923.


It was also resolved that there be levied and assessed upon the taxable property of the Town of Patterson the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-one and 81/100 Dollars ($591.81) to be paid to the National Bank of Cold Spring to re- tire Bond No. 1 due April 1, 1923 and for interest on the Bonded Indebtedness of the Town to April 1, 1923.
