The Board of Trustees have this day
Resolved, That an interest of SIX PER CENT. on the amount of Scrip heretofore authorised to be issued be paid to the holders or their legal representatives, on and after the first day of February next. Also,
Resolved, That a Dividend of FORTY-FIVE PER CENT. be declared upon the net earnings of the Company, for the year ending December 31, 1858, for which certificates will be issued on and after the 1st day of March next. And it is further
Resolved, That, whereas the accumulated profits and reserved fund of the Company now ex- ceeds the sum of One Million of Dollars, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter, all the Scrip of the issues of 1849 and 1850, will be redeemed and paid to the holders thereof, or their legal representatives, on and after the 1st day of March next, from which date all interest thereon will cease. The certificates to be surrendered at the time of payment, and cancelled.
