Holding such views, our fixed policy is to keep the FLOUR represented by our brands to a high standard. The "DUNLOP PATENT FAMILY" and "OLD DO. MINION PATENT FAMILY" meet a want long felt for flour having both color and strength.

Their whiteness cannot fail to please the most fastidi- ons taste, while their glutinous properties insure a light and nutritious bread.

The advance in the art of milling, by which Patent Flour is made, though last established in the South, is here much needed-by housekeepers, to make up for culinary shortcomings; by bakers, to give strenth and quality to the variable and inferior grades, which can be Ionly used to advantage by mixing with NEW PRO ESS FLOUR.

OF OUR "PIONEER NEW PROCESS FAMILY " AND " McCANCE'S NEW PROCESS TRIPLE-EXTRA "

we can confidently say they are unsurpassed by any other brands to be had for the same price, and will certainly give entire satisfaction to those who do not fancy paying the figures which Patent Flour must command to induce its manufacture.

Also our "JAMES RIVER FALLS EXTRA"

can be commended to merchants needing a uniform Hour, and one which can be regularly supplied fully up to the standard of the STAUNTON and RICHMOND INSPECTION.

In addition to the usual packages, barrels and half- barrels, we are now putting it in bags equal to the half, quarter, eighth, and sixteenth of a barrel.

All the leading grocers arc in position to meet the wants of customers for any quantity upon the most favor- able terms.

Price lists furnished the trade upon application.
