2. Team will report to the Executive Officer, National Matches, Camp Perry, Ohio, morning of September 2.


3. Uniforms: Each member of the Team will wear the uniform of his grade and slicker, and be equipped with rifle and cartridge belt.


4. Sheets and pillow cases will be furnished by each man. Other bedding, cots, etc., will be furnished by the Camp Quartermaster at Camp Perry.


5. Subsistence. Subsistence for the enlisted men will be computed at the rate of $1.20 per day. No mess will be established, but Team will be messed at Camp Perry under direction of Team Captain. .


6. The duty of members of the West Virginia Rifle Team is a military Duty and the members of the Team are admonished that the orders of Superior Officers must be obeyed.


7. Movement: Each member of the Team will report at the Adjutant General Office, Charleston, West Virginia, not later than 9:00 A. M. September 1. The Team will leave Charleston on No. 3 C. & O. at 11:50 A. M. September 1; arrive Cincinnati 8:25 P. M .; leave Cincinnati over Big Four for Toledo 10:00 P. M. (C. T.); arrive Toledo 5:20 A. M. (C. T. September 2; leave Toledo over New York Central 7:03 A. M. (Eastern Time) for Camp Perry, via LaCarn. Check all baggage to Camp Perry, Ohio.


8. Major C. A. Wood, U. S. P. & D. Officer will make payment for services rendered under this order.

3. Pursuant to the recommendation of a Board of Officers convened under the provision of paragraph 354 N. G. R., Pvt. 1cl. Harvey B. McMullin, Howitzer Company, 150th Infantry will be discharged this date.


4. Pursuant to paragraph 353 N. G. R., Pvt. Mead H. Thomas, Howitzer Company, 150th Infantry, having absented himself from his organiza- tion, without leave, and there is reason to believe that he does not intend to return, he will be dropped from the rolls of his organization as a deserter.


5. Pursuant to paragraph 358 N. G. R., Pvt. Marcus L. Bunn, Howitzer Company, 150th Infantry, having been recommended for discharge account disability not incurred in line of duty, he will be discharged this date of Certificate of Disability.
