Know all Man by these Procents, that I, Geramah Clark of Lowall, Massachusetts, in consideration of one dollar to me paid by the Proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery, a corporation duly Established by law and located at Lowell in said Commonwealth, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged , do hereby give , grant , bargain, dead and convey to the said Corporation, two lots of land in the Gametery belonging to said Corporation in said Lowell on the way called " Wilberforce Avenue" and numbered seven hundred and forty two (7+2), and seven hundred and forty three ( 7+3) on the plan of said Cemetery drawn by George P. Worcester, which plan is in the possession of the said grantes and the space formerly used as a pat between them, three feet in width, which space is now included with said lots, the whole making one lot for burial purposes and contain six hundred and sixty ( 60 ) square feet.

Therefore, I do now by this writing, which I do hereby declare to be a codicil to my said last will and testament and to be taken as a part thereof.
First: I give devise and bequeath to the corporation known as the Proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery of the City of Lowell, County of Middlesex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and duly in- corporated under the laws of said Commonwealth, all of my right, title and interest in my burial lot A in said cemetery as said right, title and interest are described, defined and determined in the laws of said Commonwealth, charter, by-laws, rules and regulations of said corporation and in the conveyance and deeds made by said cor- poration to me and in an agreement in writing made by and between said corporation and myself bearing date the fourth day of June, A. D. 1890.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to said corporation and its successors forever, in trust however, to preserve the said Lot A for its present uses as the burial lot forever and to fulfil and carry out all existing obligations on the part of said corporation for the care and perpetual care of said Lot A and to permit the interment after my decease of my body in said Lot A. and to permit the inter- ment in said Lot A., after her decease, of the body of said Mary L. McLanathan, named in my said last will and testament, and to permit the interment in said Lot A, after her decease, of the body of Eliza- beth MCL.
