AND IN CONSIDERATION of its acceptance of said sum upon the trust and for the uses aforesaid do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said corporation the lot situated on Bach off Barker Quenue in its said cemetery, and numbered 2272 on a plan thereof in the custody of its Superintendent, with all the privileges thereto belonging.
