do hereby give unto the PROPRIETORS OF THE LOWELL CEMETERY, a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and having a cemetery situated in Lowell in said Commonwealth, commonly called the "Lowell Cemetery," the sum of Twenty two hundred fifty dollars to be held by said corporation forever for its sole use, but in trust nevertheless as follows, to wit: to safely invest the same, and to apply the income thereof from time to time to the care of the lot hereinbelow described, all in accordance with the By-Laws of said corporation, and the Rules and Regulations of its Board of Trustees, now or hereafter in force.
