hereby give unto the PROPRIETORS OF THE LOWELL CEMETERY, a Corporation established by the laws of the Com- monwealth of Massachusetts, the sum of One Hundred Dollars, for its sole use forever, in trust nevertheless that the Trustees of said Corporation shall invest the same from time to time according to the Rules and Regulations of Trustees, approved by the Proprietors Feb- ruary 14, 1894, and the amendmnends thereto, or in such other manner as may now or hereafter be authorized by law.


AND IN CONSIDERATION of the agreement made on the part of the said Corporation by the acceptance by it of these presents, I do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Corpo- ration, its successors and assigns, lot numbered 2357 on a plan of said Cemetery in the possession of said Trustees, situated upon Shedel Ar nue in said Lowell Cemetery, with all the privileges to the same belonging.
