AND IN CONSIDERATION of the agreement made on the part of the said Corporation by the acceptance by it of these presents, 9 do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Cor- poration, its successors and assigns, lot numbered 2270 on a plan of its Cemetery in the possession of said Board, situated upon Banker avenue in said Cemetery, with all the privileges to the same belonging.

do hereby give unto the PROPRIETORS OF THE LOWELL CEMETERY, a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and having a cemetery situated in Lowell in said Commonwealth, commonly called the "Lowell Cemetery," the sum of Two Stuenched dollars to be held by said corporation forever for its sole use, but in trust nevertheless as follows, to wit: to safely invest the same, and to apply the income thereof from time to time to the care of the lot hereinbelow described, all in accordance with the By-Laws of said corporation, and the Rules and Regulations of its Board of Trustees, now or hereafter in force.
