do hereby give unto the PROPRIETORS OF THE LOWELL CEMETERY, a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and having a cemetery situated in Lowell in said Commonwealth, commonly called the "Lowell Cemetery," the sum of Or dollar and acter valuable considerations to be held by said corporation forever for its sole use, but in trust nevertheless as follows, to wit: to safely invest the same, and to apply the income thereof from time to time to the care of the lot hereinbelow described, all in accordance with the By-Laws of said corporation, and the Rules and Regulations of its Board of Trustees, now or hereafter in force.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to said corporation and its successors and assigns forever, but for the uses and upon the trust following, to wit: That it shall never allow the same to be used for any purpose other than as a place of burial for the dead; that it shall in future permit only the bodies of said Helen Matter Florence 9.
