and to determine in each case how and under whose direction the money shall be expended; to impose any conditions and restrictions thereon which the Town may see fit; to determine how much money so appropriated shall be available for expenditures under General Laws (Ter. Ed.), Chapter 40, Section 5, Clause 34; to determine what, if any, sums so appropriated shall remain available after December 31, 1959; to fix the terms and rate of interest of any such bonds or notes; to fix such salaries as require to be fixed by the Town Meeting; and to impose such conditions upon the drawing of compensation from the Town as the Town may see fit; or take any other action in relation to any of the foregoing subjects.


ANNUAL VOTES


ARTICLE 2. (By Direction of Selectmen). To take any action the Town may desire upon the reports of the several Town Boards and Committees and to appoint or change any Committee that the Town may think proper.


ARTICLE 3. (By Direction of Selectmen). To see if the Town will vote to authorize its Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, on and after January 1, 1960, to borrow in anticipation of the revenue of the year 1960.


ARTICLE 4. (By Direction of Selectmen). To see what sum of money the Town will vote from surplus for the use of the Assessors in determining the tax rate for the year 1959, or take any other action in relation thereto.


ARTICLE 5. (By Direction of Selectmen). That the Selectmen be authorized to sell or otherwise dispose of personal property and any real estate of which the Town has possession or title, including all property taken for non-payment of taxes, all such cases of sale to be made by public auction or private sale as the Selectmen may deem for the best interest of the town, and that the Board or Officer in charge of any other Town Department may, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen,

sell at publc auction or private sale, as the Board of Selectmen may approve, any personal property belonging to said Department which in the opinion of the Officer or Board in charge of the Department which is no longer needed by the Town and which in the opinion of the Select- men is not needed by any other Department, provided that in each case involving real estate, majorities of the Planning Board, Public Works Commissioners and Park Commissioners respectively vote to concur in the opinion that the property will not be needed for parks, playgrounds or other public use, or take any other action in relation thereto.


ARTICLE 6. (By Direction of Selectmen). To see if the Town will vote to authorize its Board of Selectmen to accept conveyances or mort- gages of any real or personal property belonging to persons receiving relief from the Town, and dispose of said property in the manner they may judge for the Town's best interest and to authorize them to dis- charge any encumbrances on said property if they consider it for the best interest of the Town so to do and to see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the discharging of such encumbrances.


ARTICLE 7. (On Petition and by Direction of Selectmen). To see if the Town will accept the several reports of the Selectmen laying out as Town ways the following designated private ways and parts of ways or any of them, to wit:


Alton Terrace At Addington Circle, approximately 500 feet to Dead End.


Atlanta Street - From intersection of Prescott Street to Campbell street , a distance of about 200 feet.


Barnes Avenue - From Campbell Street to Wainwright Avenue. Beecher Street - From Seaver Road to a point at 32 Beecher Street. Campbell Street - From Atlanta Street for 1500 feet or the Patrick H. Mahoney property.


King Philip Street - Approximately 800 feet at Forest Street to a point at Mason Street.


Mason Street - Approximately 400 feet at Fisher Road to a point at King Philip Street.


Newbert Avenue - From end of accepted part of street about 140 feet west to meet Roydon Road.


Oak Cliff Road - From Westminister Road approximately 1,000 feet to Lot 25 Block 396 Page 31 as shown on Assessors Plan.


Roger Street - From Beecher Street to Roger Street at Mill River. Sawtelle Street - At 43 Fort Point Road to Dead End at rear of Parnell Street.


Sutton Street - From Jaffrey Street to Cornish Street.


Welland Circle - Beginning at Welland Road including all of Wel- land Circle.


Winstead Road - Approximately 400 feet from intersection of Hinston Road, each to Dead End.


Parker Road - From Wessagusett Road approximately 600 feet south- easterly to Dead End.
