Voted, that the town raise and appropriate the sum of $200.00 to fit up the gallery in the High School building for a recitation- room, and build a woodshed for wood and coal, as recommended by the School Committee.

Voted, that the town unite with Marshfield and Duxbury in employing a Superintendent of Schools.


ARTICLE 5.


Voted, that the rate of wages for removing snow be the same as last year, 25 cents per hour.


ARTICLE 6.


Voted, to accept the list of Jurors as proposed by the Select- men.


ARTICLE 7.


Voted, that the town authorize the Overseers of the Poor to con- tract at their discretion for the support of the town's poor.


ARTICLE 8.


Voted, that the town authorize their Treasurer to borrow money, under the direction of the Selectmen, in anticipation of taxes of the present year, and all sums be payable from said taxes.


ARTICLE 9.


To hear the report of any committee.

ARTICLE 10.


Voted, that the town raise and appropriate the sum of $100.00 for Memorial Day.


ARTICLE 11.


To make allowances to town creditors. Voted, to pass over.

Voted, that the town raise and appropriate the sum of $300 to raise and grade Front Street in Scituate Harbor, between the residences of George H. Webb and Frederic S. Sanborn.

ARTICLE 3. It was voted that the town raise and appropriate the sum of $300 for special repairs upon the road or roads on the direct route between the North Scituate Railroad station and the estate of Charles H. Mitchell, Beach Street. .


ARTICLE 8. Voted, that the town raise and appropriate the sum of $500 for the protection of the cliff and road at North Scituate Beach.

ARTICLE 30.


Relating to repairing bridge on road leading to Second Cliff. Voted, that the Road Commissioners examine the bridge and report at a future town meeting.


ARTICLE 31.


Relating to the town accepting the road at the Neck. Voted, that the matter be referred to the Road Commissioners. Voted, that the thanks of the town be extended to Caleb L. Damon, and that he be paid $5.00 for his services as Moderator. Voted, to dissolve the meeting.
