DEPARTMENT OF BANKING AND INSURANCE-The office of bank commissioner, office of supervisora of loan agen- oies and office of insurance commissioner are hereby abol- ished. All the righta, powers, duties and obligations of said offices are hereby trapefered to and shall hereafter be exercised and performed by the Department of Banking and Insurance, which shall be the lawful successor of said offices. The department shall be organized in three di- visions-a division of banks and loan agencies, a division of insurance, and s division of saving banks life insurance. Each division shall be in charge of a commissioner who shall be known respectively 88 the commissioner of banks, the commissioner of insurance and the commissioner of savinge bank life insurance.
