ARTICLE 26 .- To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges not otherwise provided for the current year.


ARTICLE 27 .-- To see what instructions, rules and

regulations the Town will impose by its vote upon the Water Commissioners under Section 11 of Chapter S2 of the acts of 1885.


ARTICLE 28 .- To see what appropriations the Town will make for the maintenance and extension of the Water Works.


ARTICLE 29. - To see if the Town will vote to extend the water-pipe from the present terminus on Walpole Street to the house of Joseph Bendell. and raise and appropriate money for the same.


. ARTICLE 30 .- To see if the Town will vote to extend the water-pipe from Dean Street, on Washington, to the house of Geo. II. Morse, and raise and appropriate money for the same.


ARTICLE 31 .- To see if the Town will vote to accept of the following amendment to the By-Laws :--


At any annual election for State or Town Officers during the time the voters are casting their ballots, no person shall dis- tribute votes or solicit voters within forty feet of the platform on which the ballot box is placed, and it shall be the duty of the Constables and Police Officers to enforce this By-Law ; and you are directe i to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies at the Post-office and in each of the several Churches and Rail- road Stations in said Norwood, seven days at least before the time of said meeting.


Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant, withi your doings thereon to the Town Clerk, on or before the time and day of said meeting.
