Art. 20. To see if the Town will vote to establish any additional fire alarm boxes. to extend the Fire Alarm system, and make an appropriation therefor.

Art. 37. To determine when taxes become due and payable and what rate of interest the Town will charge on taxes remaining unpaid.


Art. 38. To see what debts the Town will vote to incur under the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Revised Laws.


Art. 39. To see if the Town will authorize the Col- lector of Taxes to use all means of collecting taxes which a Town Treasurer may use when appointed a collector.


Art. 40. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen. to borrow during the municipal year beginning Jan. Ist. 1913, in anticipation of the collection of taxes of said year. such sums of money as may be necessary for the cur- rent expenses of the Town. but not exceeding the total tax levy of said year, giving the notes of the Town there- for. payable within one year from date thereof. All debts incurred under authority of this vote shall be paid from the taxes of the present municipal year.

Art. 57. To see if the Town will vote to place an electric light at the end of Sixth street, at or near the residence of L. A. Esterbrooks, and make an appropria- tion therefor, agreeable to a petition.


Art. 58. To see if the Town will vote to place an electric light on Robinson Avenue, South Attleboro, agreeable to a petition.


Art. 59. To see if the Town will vote to install and maintain four or more electric lights on South Avenue, as recommended by the Selectmen.


Art. 60. To see if the Town will vote to establish a swimming pool and take any action thereon, or make any appropriation therefor, agreeable to a petition.


Art. 61. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $1,000 over and above the regular appropri- ation of $2,000 for the use of the Park Commissioners to be expended on Capron Park, as recommended by the Park Commissioners.


Art. 62. To see if the Town will vote to accept Sections I to 14 of Chapter 104 of the Revised Laws, rel- ative to the Inspection of Buildings and the appointment of a Building Inspector.


Art. 63. To see if the Town will vote to appoint a committee to take into consideration the enlargement of the Fire District, and to do or act anything in relation thereto.


Art. 64. To see if the Town will vote to appropri- ate $1,000 to be used on Thacher street in the vicinity of the new Tiffany school.

Art. 65. To see if the Town will vote to appropri- ate $1,000 to be used on Park street, continuing the work done last year, towards Briggs Corner.


Art. 66. To see if the Town will vote to repair and improve Dennis street, and make an appropriation ' therefor, agreeable to a petition.


The polls for the election of officers will be open at 6 o'clock in the forenoon and may be closed at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and you are directed to serve this war- rant by posting attested copies in at least five public places in each precinct of said Town, at least seven days before the time of said meeting.


Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon at or before the time of said meeting.


Both of said days will constitute the Annual Town Meeting, and this call is issued in accordance with a vote of the Town, passed Oct. 29, 1909.
