There will be due Nov. 1st, 1866, the Interest on the $16100,00 Bonds then outstanding from May 1st, 1866, to Nov. 1st, 1866, 483 .- 00, together with the 2000.00 Bonds, which mature May 1st, 1867, and the interest on the 16,100.00 Bonds from Nov. 1st, 1866, to May 1st, 1867, 483.00, making 2,966.00 to be provided for by as- sessment.
