UNDER ARTICLE FOURTEEN: On a motion made by Harold C. Petterson, it was voted that the Town of Chelmsford retain the follow- ing parcels of land situated between Crystal Lake and the Groton Road in North Chelmsford so-called:

Parcel No. 3: Land consisting of about 1.55 acres of land for- merly owned by Joseph Steinberg and now owned by the Town of Chelmsford as recorded in Book 989 Page 440 in the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.


the said land to be retained for the purpose of establishing a Park sometime in future years, in Honor and in Remembrance of all those. who served in the armed forces in all branches of service in World War II.


UNDER ARTICLE FIFTEEN: On a motion made by Eustace B. Fiske, it was voted to transfer from the Adams Library, Librarians ac count (Salary) the sum of $50.01 and from the Adams Library, As- sistant Librarians account, the sum of $100.00, both amounts to be transferred to the Adams Library Repair account.


UNDER ARTICLE SIXTEEN: On a motion made by Eustace B. Fiske, it was voted to transfer from the MacKay Library, Other Ex- pense account, the sum of $75.00 to the Adams Library, Other Expense account.


UNDER ARTICLE SEVENTEEN: On a motion made by Allan Kidder it was voted that the Moderator appoint three citizens of Chelmsford to work in conjunction with the Board of Fire Engineers to revise plans for a Chelmsford Center Fire House and report back to the next special or annual Town Meeting. The Moderator appointed as three members, Arnold C. Perham, Ulysses Lupien, Sr. and George Marinel.


UNDER ARTICLE EIGHTEEN: On a motion made by Allan Kidder, it was voted to transfer from the Excess and Deficiency ac- count the sum of $100.00 for the purpose of revising plans for a new Fire House at Chelmsford Center.
