The Geographic Magazine, St. Nicholas and American Magazine have been given by Miss Katherine Munroe, Lexington.

Ladies' Home Journal, by Mrs. Converse.

McClures, Pearsons and Cosmopolitan by C. W. Dodge.

The Outlook and World To-Day by Mrs. Drury.

As the shelf room had become exhausted, the Trustees have pur- chased two sections of steel stacks which will accommodate about 1300 volumes. Quite a number of worn out books have been re- placed by new ones, also some have been rebound, and several year's issues of the St. Nicholas and National Geographic Magazine have been bound, and about fifty new books have been added by pur- chase. We think, we can truly say, that the Library was never so well equipped for the public use as at the present time.

There will be found on the last pages of the town report a list of the new books added to the Library since the catalogue was printed. This list can be easily detached and inserted in the catalogue.

Respectfully submitted,

WILLIAM C. TEMPLE, - Trustees SARA B. DRURY, of MARY A. CONVERSE, ) Library
