To any of the Constables of the Town of Plymouth, Commonwealth of Massachusetts :-


GREETING


In the name of the Commonwealth, you are hereby di- rected to notify and warn the Inhabitants of Plymouth qualified to vote in elections and town affairs to meet in Precinct 1, Hedge School, Precinct 2, Cold Spring School, Precinct 3, Memorial Building, Precinct 4, Town Office Building and Precinct 5, Bartlett Hall in said Plymouth on


SATURDAY, THE SECOND DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1963


at two o'clock in the afternoon to vote by ballot "Yes" or "No" on the following questions:


QUESTION NO. 1


"Shall the Town vote to approve the action of the Represen- tative Special Town Meeting whereby it was voted that the Town accept the final report of the Sewage Disposal Committee?"


QUESTION NO. 2


"Shall the Town vote to approve the action of the Represen- tative Special Town Meeting whereby it was voted that the Town accept the location of the Sewage Disposal Plant at the so-called Lothrop Street site, at the northerly end of the Town-owned "Town Wharf Lot?"


QUESTION NO. 3


"Shall the Town vote to approve the action of the Represen- tative Special Town Meeting whereby it was voted the Town adopt a method of sewage disposal based on the so-called "extended aeration activated sludge" process and that neces- sary equipment be used to close certain sewer outfalls?"


QUESTION NO. 4


"Shall the Town vote to approve the action of the Represen- tative Special Town Meeting whereby it was voted that the Selectmen be authorized to apply for such Federal and State Funds as may be available for a sewage disposal system?"

"Shall the Town vote to approve the action of the Represen- tative Special Town Meeting whereby it was voted the Sewage Disposal Study Committee be discharged?"


QUESTION NO. 6


"Shall the Town vote to approve the action of the Represen- tative Special Town Meeting whereby it was voted that the Selectmen appoint a Sewage Disposal Planning Committee and $1,500.00 be appropriated for their use?"


The polls will be open in Precinct 1, Hedge School, Precinct 2, Cold Spring School, Precinct 3, Memorial Build- ing, Precinct 4, Town Office Building, Precinct 5, Bartlett Hall at two o'clock in the afternoon on said Saturday, the second day of February, 1963 and will be closed at eight o'clock in the evening.


And you are hereby required to serve this warrant in the manner prescribed by a vote of the Town by posting notices thereof in three public places in the Town, seven days at least before the meeting, one of which postings shall be in Chiltonville and one in Manomet Ponds, and also by publishing the warrant in the newspapers published in Plymouth and make return thereof with your doings thereon at the time and places above mentioned.

Annual Town Meeting, March 23, 1963


The Meeting was called to order by the Moderator, Reubin M. Winokur, at 2: 10 o'clock P.M.


The number of Town Meeting Members present March 23rd was 185; March 25th, 177, as reported by records of the checkers Robert Marvelli and Arsene Strassell, 2nd.


The Moderator declared a quorum present March 23 and March 25, 1963.


The Meeting was opened with a prayer by the Reverend Charles C. Forman followed by a moment of silent tribute to the departed Town employees.
