Art. 33. To see if the town will vote to contract with the Southbridge Water Supply Company for hy- drants for fire protection at Lawson Villa and at San- dersdale, raise and appropriate money therefor or act anything thereon.


Art. 34. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,000.00 to continue the maca- dam road on South street, or act anything thereon.


Art. 35. To see if the town will vote to purchase a "Motor Drawn Hook and Ladder Truck" for the fire department, raise and appropriate money therefor or act anything thereon.


Art. 36. To see if the town will vote to accept the report of the selectmen as to the re-location of Mill and Cliff streets, from Fiske street easterly, to the point of re-location on Cliff street, near the railroad bridge, as re-located by the Southern New England Railroad Corporation, raise and appropriate money therefor or act anything thereon.


Art. 37. To see if the town will vote to authorize the School Committee to procure plans and specifica- tions, including working drawings, for the proposed high school building to be erected at the corner of Main

Art. 38. To see if the town will vote to revise its by-laws and appoint a committee for that purpose, raise and appropriate money therefor or act anything thereon.


Art. 39. To see if the town will vote to accept the provisions of the Revised Laws of the Common- wealth, Chapter 102, Sections, 122-123-124-125-126- 127, and amendments thereto, relating to the Smoke Nuisance, or act anything thereon.


Art. 40. To see if the town will vote to accept the report of the Committee to select a site and pre pare plans for a police station, or act anything thereon.


Art. 41. To see if the town will vote to bring suit against Joseph Serletto to compel him to the speci- fic performance of his contract with the town in refer- ence to the purchase of the police station property on Central street, and to appoint the necessary agents therefor, or anything thereon,


Art. 42. To see if the town will vote to construct a police station building on the land of the town on Goddard court, and to appoint a committee for that purpose, raise and appropriate money therefor or act anything thereon.

And you are directed to serve this Warrant by publishing an attested copy thereof twice in the South- bridge Press and Herald, the first publication being not less than nine days next preceding the day of the meeting,-or by posting up such attested copies in four conspicuous public places within the town, at least nine days, including Sunday,-before the day of hold- ing said meeting.


Hereof fail not, and make due return of this War- rant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place hereinbefore named.
